Billings is a darling little gem tucked away in Montana. While not many want its rich land to be discovered it’s hard not to want to seek it out. I spent a good 18 hours there and while I wasn’t able to stay very long I was able to indulge in some of its finest eateries. After a rigorous workout I ventured over to Burger Dive to indulge in some well deserved protein. I found yet another culinary delight. This was my second time there and was yet again spoiled by its tender beef and garlic dressed fries. https://theburgerdive.com/full-menu
https://stellaskitchenandbakery.com/ Our hotel concierge commented to us that Stellas was a must while in Billings. She warned us to pack up our patience and take it with us while there as they are a busy bunch and rightfully so. All of their food is homemade. The most famous item on the menu is their massive cinnamon rolls with enough cream cheese frosting to cover a small cake. I am just so grateful that the hotel’s fitness center was open.

I can’t wait to have more time there so I may experience all that Billings has to offer. What a charming, quiet town with the most generous and kind people!
